I had a wonderful stay at the well-designed little flat in Bury St. Edmunds. The location was amazing, right next to the town's shops and the Abbey Gardens, with the beautiful cathedral just a stone's throw away. Despite the room being a bit cramped, the bed was comfortable and the interior was well thought-out. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and a good shower with plenty of hot water. I particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the spot, hidden away in the city centre. The host, Joanna, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway.
Despite minor issues like the outside steps being challenging for older visitors with heavy luggage, and the breakfast/dinner bar not being ideal for watching television without rearranging furniture, my stay was still enjoyable. Additionally, I encountered some difficulties with the TV and WiFi, but these were promptly addressed by the owner.

Personally, I found the washing machine a bit noisy, but others might not mind it.
